Beverly Farris

Finance Specialist

Bev joined NCDMM in 2022 as a Finance Specialist with 20 years of accounting and finance experience in the defense industry. Her experience includes accounts receivable using the Wide Area Work Flow Government billing system, accounts payable, EFT and wire payments, payroll functions, and managing and producing multiple types of payrolls. She has also assisted with month-end and year-end closing, performed journal entries, and acted as a liaison during year-end audits.

Prior to NCDMM, Bev worked at Martin-Baker America serving in many roles ranging from accounting clerk to staff accountant. She also held a position with DRS Technologies as an accounts receivable specialist.

Bev holds an associate’s in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. She maintained a public notary commission for multiple years.
