
Ismael joined NCDMM in 2025 as an Office Coordinator at the El Paso Makes office. He supports the organization’s mission by managing daily operations and facilitating effective communication across teams to advance regional manufacturing and defense initiatives.
Ismael brings several years of experience in education, leadership, and creative direction. Before his current role, he worked as an Instructional Aide at Tornillo ISD, where he provided academic support, coordinated events, and assisted administrative leadership.
He also held leadership positions in nonprofit and faith-based organizations, including serving as Creative Director for the Assemblies of God West Texas and Plains District and as a Youth Leader.
Ismael earned a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from the University of Texas at El Paso and has additional education in Theological Studies.
