
Adam joined NCDMM in 2023 with over 12 years of experience leading projects and initiatives within the manufacturing and Department of Defense (DoD) industries. Before NCDMM, he was a Principal Manufacturing Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company’s Specialty Metals Plant, where he focused on the design and development of manufacturing processes for new products, customer specifications compliance, the transition of new product qualifications to full production, and supported analysis efforts to ensure defect reduction.
Most of Adam’s career has been spent in the DoD industries, having worked at Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc. (BPMI) and Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC). During his seven years at BPMI, he held several positions, including mechanical engineer, project lead, and engineering unit manager. He oversaw the design, procurement, and technical services to support the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. At CTC, he focused on energy development and demonstration for the Air Force and the Air Force Research Labs, along with improved shipyard manufacturing processes for the Navy Metalworking Center.
Adam holds a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Grove City College and a master’s in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
