NCDMM Announces Executive Leadership Promotions

Blairsville, Pa. — October 1, 2019. The National Center for Defense Manufacturing and Machining (NCDMM) proudly announces changes to its executive leadership staff effective today:

  • Gary Fleegle, VP and COO, has been promoted to Executive VP and COO.
  • Randy Gilmore, VP and CTO, has been promoted to VP and Chief Development Officer.
  • Joe Veranese, Business Systems manager, has been promoted to Director of Corporate Services.

Of the leadership changes, NCDMM President and Chief Executive Offer Dean L. Bartles, Ph.D., FSME, FASME said, “As we commence our new fiscal year, the timing was right to make these executive leadership changes and additions. One of NCDMM’s key differentiators as an organization is that we excel at innovating, improving, and advancing manufacturing technologies for our clients. Today’s announcements underscore a similar commitment to innovate, improve, and advance our own organization in order to continue to meet and exceed the needs of our clients and industry. The promotion of individuals, the creation of a new strategic role, and the addition of new hires reflect the ongoing evolution of a growing and successful business.
