Todd Oswalt

IT Infrastructure & Facilities Manager

Todd joined NCDMM in April 2021 as the IT Support Engineer and was quickly promoted to IT Infrastructure and Facilities Manager. With over 20 years of experience in the IT field, he previously worked for Pennsylvania Highlands Community College for 16 years as the Network Administrator. He is a graduate of Slippery Rock University with a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management. Throughout his career, Todd has gained valuable experience in Computer Hardware and Networking Administration.
