Todd Oswalt

IT Infrastructure & Facilities Manager

Todd joined NCDMM in 2021 as the IT Support Engineer and was promoted to IT Infrastructure and Facilities Manager. With over 20 years of experience in the IT field, he previously worked for Pennsylvania Highlands Community College for 16 years as the Network Administrator. Throughout his career, Todd has gained valuable experience in Computer Hardware and Networking Administration.

He earned his bachelor’s in Information Systems Management from Slippery Rock University.
