Tiffany Westbay, PMP

America Makes Membership Director & Operations Deputy Director

As Membership Director, Tiffany serves as the liaison between America Makes and its membership community, responsible for developing and implementing activities designed to increase and retain membership. Since joining this highly energetic and fast-paced environment in 2013, Tiffany has contributed much toward fulfilling the mission of NCDMM and the America Makes program. She effectively manages the America Makes membership database and responds to member comments in accordance with the America Makes standards, policies, and rules, and leverages ideas, feedback, and suggestions to continuously improve the services provided to members. Tiffany also works closely with both the Communications and Finance Departments, respectively to develop membership marketing collateral and ensure financial tracking of membership.

Tiffany has more than 13 years of experience in Program and Office Management. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Youngstown State University and an Associate of Applied Sciences with a core discipline in Aviation Sciences from Community College of Beaver County.
