Tara Sarver

Program Coordinator

Tara joined NCDMM in 2013 and today serves as Program Coordinator. As a key player in the organization, she delivers a high level of productivity and efficiency while seamlessly coordinating both strategic and tactical logistics company-wide and serves as primary point of contact for all events.

She leverages her leadership skills to work cross-functionally across the NCDMM organization, collaborating directly with the executive team, as well as key stakeholders.

She evaluates and determines event related resources; creates and manages budgets; negotiates and executes contracts; and manages sponsorship opportunities to execute successful events including such as: IMTS; RAPID; DMC; NCDMM SUMMIT; and America Makes’ MMX, TRX, and TRX+.

Tara is also a main contributor to human-center design projects and Luma-related activities.
