Steve Mosorjak

Senior Budget and Proposal Analyst

Steve joined NCDMM in 2021 as a Senior Budget and Proposal Analyst with over 22 years of experience working in government contracting. He provides financial and analytical data to company executives as well as the operation and finance departments. He is responsible for cost proposals, helping to maintain the labor utilization file, and creating and maintaining project budgets along with establishing company revenue projections. Steve also prepares monthly financial reports and provides upper management with analysis and insight to assist in managing NCDMM’s indirect rates.

Prior to joining NCDMM, Steve worked as a Business and Financial Analyst for 16 years at Concurrent Technologies Corporation and four years at Leonardo DRS. He holds a B.S. in Health Policy Administration from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
