Rhonda joined NCDMM in 2018 and serves as the Office Coordinator of America Makes. As Office Coordinator, she oversees the America Makes facility, welcomes all guests and visitors with sincere hospitality ensuring to make their time with America Makes memorable. She provides executive assistance to the Executive Director as well as administrative support to all staff. She manages and oversees all logistics of the office, coordinates tours and visitors, has a significant role in coordinating events, trainings, and meetings. Rhonda also works closely with the finance team on procurement items. She applies her administrative and leadership skills to assist in collaborating with the team and fulfilling the NCDMM mission and America Makes program.
She has completed training in Fundamentals of Innovation through Human-Centered Design through the LUMA Institute, providing her a unique skill to assist the team in roadmapping workshops as well as other LUMA-related activities. Rhonda is very goal-oriented and is consistently developing and strengthening her skillset by attending trainings from Fred Pryor, social media, and additive trainings.
Rhonda has more than 30 years in Office Administration, Office Management and as an Executive Assistant.
