Ken Carson

Senior Project Engineer

Ken has more than 25 years of experience in many fast-paced, industrial manufacturing environments with proven oversight of projects that range from $100K to $2M.  Before joining NCDMM, Ken was the plant engineer with responsibilities in capital planning, project execution, risk management, WCM champion, and facility maintenance. He has experience designing, programming, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC-controlled equipment used in industrial manufacturing.  Ken has held different positions from draftsman, electrical and plant engineer,  engineering manager, and operations manager.

He has a B.S. in Manufacturing Technology from Jacksonville State University and an A.A. in drafting and electronic engineering. He also has a Black Belt Certification in Six Sigma.
