Justin Busch

Contract/Subcontract Specialist

Justin joined NCDMM in 2024 as a Contract/Subcontract Specialist. He is responsible for contract management and compliance, issue resolution and communication, information, and record retention.

As a former Procurement Agent at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL, Justin established a successful track record of optimizing procurement for the Department of Defense applications, preparing status update reports for purchase orders and credit card transactions, and significantly expediting critical project needs. Additionally, he garnered extensive knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) while managing low- and high-dollar purchase orders, maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

As a Machinery Technician in the U. S. Coast Guard, Justin gained expertise in enhancing mission command plans and programs, including tactical training and unit mobilization. There, he evaluated program effectiveness and successfully directed logistics management initiatives through careful planning and coordination.

Justin earned several certifications, including the U. S. Coast Guard Recruit Training and Apprenticeship Leadership Training. He is currently pursuing an associate of Science from Calhoun Community College in Huntsville, AL.
