Jim Shevock

Senior Program Manager

Jim joined NCDMM in 2024 and is responsible for managing manufacturing and technology program activities and outcomes, as well as ongoing customer relationship development. He also supports continuous improvement activities and strategic planning initiatives within the organization.

Jim has over 20 years of experience in leading projects and initiatives within the manufacturing and Department of Defense industries. Most recently, he was the Manager of Process Engineering and New Product Development at Westinghouse Electric Company Specialty Metals Plant, working with cross-functional teams to develop, qualify, and implement new zirconium tube products. Before that, Jim spent eight years as President and CEO of Cambria Systems and was responsible for its business operations, which focused on designing, integrating, and commissioning new technologies in automated control systems, electrical engineering, and equipment fabrication services. In addition, Jim was the Senior Project Manager at Concurrent Technology Corporation for six years, providing oversight on projects to create, optimize, and streamline advanced manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency and quality.

He earned a master’s in Business Administration from Saint Francis University and a bachelor’s in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University.
