Jim Shevock
Senior Program Manager
Jim joined NCDMM in September 2024 as a Senior Program Manager. He is responsible for the management of manufacturing and technology program activities and outcomes, as well as ongoing customer relationship development. He also supports continuous improvement activities and strategic planning initiatives within the organization.
Jim brings over 20 years of experience in leading projects and initiatives within the manufacturing and Department of Defense industries. Most recently, he was the Manager of Process Engineering and New Product Development at Westinghouse Electric Company Specialty Metals Plant, working with cross-functional teams to develop, qualify, and implement new zirconium tube products. Before that, Jim spent eight years as President and CEO of Cambria Systems and was responsible for its business operations focused on the design, integration, and commissioning of new technologies in automated control systems, electrical engineering, and equipment fabrication services. In addition, Jim was the Senior Project Manager at Concurrent Technology Corporation for six years, providing oversight on projects to create, optimize, and streamline advanced manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency and quality.
He earned a Master of Business Administration from Saint Francis University and a Bachelor of Science in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State University.
