Gina Angle

Human Resources Assistant

Gina joined NCDMM in 2024 and is responsible for Human Resource functions, including recruitment.

Gina has 20 years of experience in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, workplace safety and compliance, worker’s compensation and employee benefits, and the implementation of business policies and procedures. She has held HR positions within a variety of sectors, including the Akron Summit County Public Library, Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries, and Delphi Automotive Manufacturing, as well as positions in various departments for the State of North Carolina. Previously, she worked with a special team under the governor of the State of North Carolina to reduce the costs and liabilities associated with workers’ compensation.

Gina attended Youngstown State University’s MBA program and received a bachelor’s in Human Resources from William Peace University. She also attended human resource courses at Duke University in North Carolina.
