Gary R. Fleegle

Chief Executive Officer

Gary has over 25 years of experience in the defense manufacturing industry handling government contracting, administration, and finance, with the last 22 years as part of the NCDMM executive team. In 2020, he was named Chief Executive Officer at NCDMM. Previously he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the leadership and the success of NCDMM’s strategic, operational, business development, financial goals, and objectives. He has also served as Vice President and Chief Operation Officer, as well as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Before joining NCDMM, Gary was a Business Financial Analyst at Concurrent Technologies Corporation. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s in business administration and a master’s certification in Government Contracting from George Washington University.
