Corey J. Patrick

Industrial Base Integration Manager

Corey joined NCDMM as the Industrial Base Integration Manager in 2025, where he drives strategic initiatives to enhance the additive manufacturing sector. His focus on member integration, educational programming, and workforce development is pivotal in fostering ecosystem growth and expanding membership, which ensures the sector’s ongoing evolution and success. 

With extensive leadership, program management, and business development expertise, Corey previously served as the Director of Regional Partnerships at Venture of America (VFA). In that role, he cultivated and managed nearly 500 long-term relationships with corporate partners across multiple cities, leading regional business development and sales efforts that substantially increased revenue through tailored financial solutions. 

Prior to joining VFA, Corey built his career supporting the local entrepreneurial ecosystem through the Youngstown Business Incubator as the Director of Marketing and Communications and the Director of the EVOLVE Technology Program. 

In addition to his work, Corey is heavily involved in the local community at a philanthropic level, serving as President of the Board of Directors for The Walnut Grove, an advisor to the Beta Gamma Chapter of the Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity, and an operations consultant to YoGo Bikeshare. 

Corey holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with focuses across marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit leadership from Youngstown State University.
