Cole Miller

Program Analyst

As the Program Analyst for America Makes/NCDMM, Cole is responsible for gathering and analyzing diverse data sets to identify areas of improvement, developing internal audit processes, and supporting Institute leadership in decision-making and prioritization. Before joining NCDMM in October 2023, Cole gained valuable experience as the Business Operations Coordinator at Penna Flame Industries in Zelienople, PA. He supported company leadership and stakeholders through research and presentation of opportunities for operational enhancement and utilized his data analysis skills to align the company’s strategy to drive profit and growth. Additionally, he made significant contributions to the human resources department by assisting in the development of guidelines, job descriptions, and facilitating applicant outreach and interviews for new hires.

Cole also worked at the Robert Morris University, Office of Institutional Advancement, as an Annual Giving Graduate Assistant, as well as a Gallery Assistant at the Department of Media Arts. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University.
