Ben Gilmore

Software Engineer

Ben joined NCDMM in 2024 and is responsible for the end-to-end development of software solutions, including requirement analysis, designing and programming, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Ben began as an NCDMM intern in early 2024 and worked to design new data structures to improve the visualization and management capabilities of intellectual property gathered through funded projects. Additionally, he managed applications for continuous cloud deployment, implemented improved search functionality into company software, and wrote custom security scripts to meet government compliance requirements.

A lifelong resident of Latrobe, PA, he received his bachelor’s in Computer Science from Saint Vincent College.
