Allison Felger

Senior Project Engineer

Allison joined NCDMM in 2020 and supports and manages projects across the organization.

Her career path has provided her with many impressive opportunities focused primarily on various areas of manufacturing, including automotive parts, airplane components, toys and toy displays, aluminum cans, and ignition systems/electronic assemblies. Allison has held various engineering roles, including Industrial, Manufacturing, Environmental, and Consultant Engineer.

Allison is deeply passionate about animal rescue. In addition to caring for her rescue dogs and cats, she and her husband have fostered dozens of dogs over the years and actively support a local non-profit rescue organization.

She graduated from Youngstown State University (BE-ISE) and Cleveland State (MS-IME) University.
