NCDMM Mourns the Loss of Gary Fleegle, CEO
The National Center for Defense Manufacturing and Machining (NCDMM), a subsidiary of the Manufacturing Technology Deployment Group (MTDG), is deeply saddened to announce the unexpected passing of Gary Fleegle, NCDMM CEO, over the weekend. Gary was a cornerstone of NCDMM since its founding more than 20 years ago. His leadership, vision, and dedication to advancing manufacturing innovation have profoundly shaped NCDMM’s success and impact across the defense industrial base. Under his guidance, NCDMM experienced extraordinary growth and earned the trust of countless partners and stakeholders.
The MTDG and NCDMM teams remain committed to continuing the mission and values Gary championed. In the interim, Dean L. Bartles, President & CEO of MTDG, will serve as acting CEO of NCDMM as we navigate this transition and ensure continuity for employees, customers, and partners.
