NCDMM delivers custom manufacturing training and technology awareness programs designed to keep key employees on the cutting edge of advanced technologies. An average class is less than 20 students of machine operators, shop floor engineers, process planners, and manufacturing managers who can apply these techniques to their every day applications.

This 3-day program is an introduction for engineers to the practical side and general rules of thumb applied to drilling, turning, and milling operations. It covers speed & feeds relating to specific material types, tooling and geometry, and general sequesnces of machining operations. Attendees will be shown demonstrations and given hands-on experience on manual and CNC equipment. This course will be limited to 12 students. See the course description for additional information.
