Welcome to the 2010 Defense Manufacturing Conference (DMC)!

The DMC is our nation’s best and largest forum for scientists, technologists, engineers, managers, leaders and policy makers in the defense manufacturing industrial base. An unprecedented 100% of those who provided solicited feedback from last year's event said they would not hesitate to attend once again and recommended their colleagues do so as well.

The 2010 DMC, featuring the manufacturing and industrial base programs of the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Missile Defense Agency, will address the conference theme of removing the barriers to “ACHIEVING AN INNOVATIVE, RESPONSIVE AND SUSTAINABLE NATIONAL SECURITY INDUSTRIAL BASE.” All of the military departments, defense agencies, many non-defense agencies, industry and academia will participate in this seminal national event; for both defense and non-defense related manufacturing technology development and application.
