Program Coordinator

Tara joined NCDMM in 2013 and today, serves as Program Coordinator, functioning as a crucial asset and connecting link between senior management and employees.

Tara is a key element associated with a high level of workplace productivity and efficiency, seamlessly coordinating both strategic and tactical logistics company-wide. Leveraging her background as a certified Paralegal, Tara tracks and maintains legal documents; conducts project research and organizes data by developing and maintaining various spreadsheets and databases; and compiles monthly reports. She is also responsible for coordinating events.

As Program Coordinator, Tara’s dedication and enthusiasm is evident in her frequent interactions with the America Makes membership community in the maintenance of member accounts.

With more than 15 years of Managerial and Administrative Operations experience, Tara brings a skill set with high integrity, a strong work ethic, and proven leadership skills.

Prior to joining NCDMM, Tara served as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, Paralegal, and Office Clerk. She holds an associate degree from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a core discipline in Computer and Office Information Systems.
