Amy joined NCDMM in 2006 and since then has contributed much to the organization, steadily taking on roles with increasing responsibility. Currently, as the Manager of Digital Information, Amy is responsible for the management, maintenance, and support of NCDMM’s websites, including NCDMM.org; AmericaMakes.us; and NCDMM-MRSI.org.
As NCDMM’s webmaster, she manages all web content and projects related to the websites, ensuring that all components on the sites meet established content and graphic standards. She also works with developers to assess and resolve any technical challenges in displaying the content. Amy works closely with NCDMM’s technical team of program managers and project engineers to keep web content aligned with strategic goals and updated with current initiatives and to deliver a consistent message about NCDMM’s services and solutions.
Additionally, Amy is responsible for distributing the America Makes Weekly Digest, an e-newsletter for members only, on a weekly basis, along with distributing NCDMM and America Makes Press Releases to NCDMM’s key stakeholders and the media. To ensure these messages are accurately delivered in a timely manner, she is also responsible for maintaining NCDMM’s CRM database.
Prior to her current position, Amy was responsible for the execution of a broad array of NCDMM’s marketing communications, initiatives, and events, including those at America Makes, as it related to the strategic and tactical logistics of planning and coordinating electronic and print communications; maintaining customer, member, and vendor relationships; and directing the smooth implementation of a variety of events. She has more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the manufacturing industry.
Amy holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh.
