Cancellation & Substitutions Policy

Cancellation & Substitutions Policy

Registrant Cancellation more than 10 business days

You may cancel your registration for a program on or prior to 10 business days before the program, and if, at that time, you register for a substitute program to be held within six months of your original program, your full registration fee will be applied to that substitute program, and you will owe any balance due. If you cancel more than 10 business days before the program and do not register for a substitute program to be held within the next six months, your registration fee will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 20% of the registration fee.

Registrant Cancellation less than 10 business days

If you cancel your registration less than 10 business days prior to the program, you may 1) send a substitute from your organization or 2) transfer your registration fee to another program of your choice to be held within six months of your original program. If you do neither 1) nor 2), there will be no refund of any portion of your registration fee. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend your scheduled program, you are still responsible for payment.

NCDMM Cancellation

If NCDMM intends to cancel a scheduled training program for any or no reason, NCDMM shall provide at least 48 hours notice of the cancellation to all registered participants using the e-mail address and/or telephone number indicated on the participant’s registration application. In the event of a cancellation by NCDMM, NCDMM will, at your direction, either 1) credit your registration fee against any substitute program to be held within six months of the cancelled program, or 2) refund your registration fee.

In no event is NCDMM responsible for reimbursement of costs including, but not limited to, airfare (including any cancellation fees), hotel (including any cancellation fees), or other expenses incurred by registrants.
